We hope you love and cherish your keepsake.

Here’s few things to remember:
• All our products are 100% handmade in the UK using your specially selected fabric items.
• Your keepsake is NOT a toy, please look after it well and do not leave it unattended with small children. Some bears have movable limbs and while they are secure they must be treated carefully.

• All bears can be wiped clean with a damp cloth unless otherwise stated. Please do NOT place your bear in a washing machine or otherwise submerge it in water.

Your order:

All orders are very important to us and should you require any changes to your order once paid please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already been started then changes may not be available.

• Take care when picking and sending your clothing items to us. Any items sent to us will be presumed okay to cut up and use unless very clear written instructions state otherwise.

• Full payment is to be made by the time clothing items arrive with us. No work will start until full payment has been received, and this could delay your item.

• Once clothing items have been received, we will carefully select which sections to use. Should you want specific details using please give clear instructions when sending items.
• As each piece made is so unique, we cannot accept responsibility if your item is not as you expected, therefore no refunds are accepted unless the item is deemed faulty.

• Once your item is complete, we will send a photo. Should you wish for any changes at this point, there will be an additional fee as deemed appropriate by us.Changes may or may not be possible depending on the nature of the order.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

As each item is made to order please note the following:
• Reporting a Faulty Item
In the unlikely event the product you receive is faulty, please contact us at embridaldesign@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your item, with photos evidencing the fault.

•Upon agreement of repair, it is your responsibility to send the item back to us within 14 days. We recommend sending all items with trackable delivery and accept no responsibility for missing items.
• We will proceed to repair the item. Should this not be achievable a full refund will be issued, minus any P+P.

Missing Item

• We recommend you send your clothing items to us via a tracked delivery system.

We accept no responsibility for lost items sent to us.
• We will let you know once your item has been posted with a time frame. Should this not arrive when expected please notify us within 4 days of the expected arrival date.

Refunds & Cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Sale of GoodsAct, we are under no obligation by law to cancel your bespoke order or offer afull or partial refund on a purchase, unless it has been deemed faulty.
• In exceptional circumstances, it is at the discretion of the manager to issuea partial or full refund.
